One of the most important aspects of Nashville Content Week is the opportunity to give back to our community.
In 2019, we’re encouraging CCN19 attendees to give back by bringing a gift card to help support two fantastic nonprofit organizations in the Greater Nashville area:
Our Kids, our 2018 Design-a-Thon Nashville partner, provides medical evaluations and crisis counseling for survivors of child sexual abuse. Our Kids also provides education, conducts research and increases community awareness around the issue.
Tennessee Alliance for Kids (TAK) engages the community to meet the emergent and ongoing needs of children in foster care, those at risk of coming into foster care, and those aging out.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about both of these organizations on Saturday morning just prior to the opening keynote at CCN19.
Each organization has very specific needs, so here are our suggested donations. ($10, $20, and $25 increments strongly encouraged.)
- Fast food restaurants like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Sonic, etc.
- Grocery and big box stores like Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Publix
- Gas cards
- Entertainment options like movie theaters, iTunes, etc.
Bring your gift card with you to the registration desk and we’ll distribute them to the two organizations at the conclusion of the event.
