Craft Content Nashville is organized by a team of volunteers who dedicate hours of their time and energy to create a special event for the digital content community of Middle Tennessee.
Leadership Team (Board)
Carla Swank Fox (Lead Organizer/CCN Board): Carla is co-founder of Craft Content Nashville and currently an adjunct faculty member in Media Arts / Interactive Media at Middle Tennessee State University. She is also Communications Director for The Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts, based in Nashville.

Dave Delaney (CCN Board): Dave Delaney has been called the Communication Connoisseur. He helps companies reach their people through comprehensive marketing communication workshops and coaching at Futureforth.com. Dave co-founded BarCamp Nashville, PodCamp Nashville (now Craft Content), and founded Geek Breakfast and Nashcocktail monthly networking events. His acclaimed book, New Business Networking, explores online and offline tools, tips and techniques to grow and nurture your professional network for your business and career. Dave is Craft Content Nashville’s keynote speaker in 2019.
John Ellis (CCN Board): John Ellis is CEO and Owner of Crescent Interactive, a local agency specializing in digital marketing. As a frequent contributor to the Nashville technical and marketing communities, including leading PodCamp and BarCamp Nashville, John has guided many in the Nashville community on best practices with search engine marketing over the past 15 years.
Pamela Wilson (CCN Board): Pamela Wilson mentors online business owners at BIGBrandSystem.com. She’s an award-winning graphic designer; a marketing consultant; a keynote speaker; and the author of Master Content Marketing: A Simple Plan to Cure the Blank Page Blues and Attract a Profitable Audience. Pamela was Craft Content Nashville’s keynote speaker for the 2016 event.
Jessica Carmack (Marketing Coordinator): When she’s not coordinating digital marketing for clients or editing visual content, Jessica enjoys collaborating with friends on creative projects and coffee. She is currently employed at Thinkswell as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Lydia Hyche (Social Media Coordinator): Lydia Hyche is a senior in Interactive Media at MTSU graduating with a double minor in Women & Gender Studies and marketing. She loves working on her own personal brand through social media and loves getting to share new ideas and conquering new challenges facing the social media world today. She is so proud to get to work with such an amazing team on Craft Content Nashville this year, and excited to start a new chapter of her life in social media!
Amanda McKeown (Videography / Photography / Social Graphics): Always more comfortable hiding behind a camera, Amanda is a video and graphic creative who practically lives in coffee shops. She is currently an Online Content Video Producer at LifeWay Christian Resources.
Todd O’Neill (Speaker Coordinator): Todd O’Neill is Assistant Professor of Interactive Media at Middle Tennessee State University. He has created courses and curriculum for social media, interactive media, user experience, and content strategy. He has been involved in the Craft Content community since arriving in the Greater Nashville area in 2012. Before beginning to teach full time, Todd had a 30 year career as a video, multimedia and online producer and consultant creating award-winning projects for the likes of The Artist FKA Prince and international and U.S. based corporations, non-profits, and small businesses.
A.J. Grande (Content Week Coordinator/Production Coordinator): A.J. Grande is a long-time Craft Content attendee, working his second year on the on the Craft Content Planning Crew. He is currently the National Account Manager for OUTFRONT Media’s Nashville office, placing Out Of Home advertising for national brands around the city.
Carrie Jeffries (Special Events / Catering Lead): Carrie is Chief Visionary and High-Performance Business Strategist of Bold & Sassy Solutions, a company devoted to helping women entrepreneurs step up, play their own game and build their dreams one business at a time.
